The CrownPoint difference
We are not simply selling you a roof. CrownPoint provides guidance, expertise, communication and relief during a process that can otherwise be confusing and overwhelming.
Insurance restoration process
01
We inspect the roof and identify storm damage.
02
We thoroughly document the damage, photo by photo.
03
We help you initiate the claim with your carrier.
04
We meet the insurance adjuster and guide the process.
05
We review the approved scope and the restoration it needs to cover.
06
We complete the restoration with quality materials and workmanship.
We treat our customers like neighbors and our team like family — because that’s how CrownPoint was built.
CrownPoint is a new company. The roofing experience and leadership behind it are not.
We install premium products from industry-leading manufacturers — never the cheapest thing on the truck.
Honest service. Clear communication. You will always know exactly where your project stands.
What we do
Full replacements and repairs on the home your family lives in, handled like it’s ours.
Flat and low-slope systems for property owners and managers who need it done once, done right.
Wind, hail and emergency tarping — documented properly from the first visit.
We initiate, document and manage the claim alongside you, and we meet your adjuster on site.
Storm-damaged or tired siding replaced to match the rest of the exterior, not just patched.
Gutters, downspouts and drainage that move water away from the home instead of into it.
Fascia, soffit, ventilation and the rest of the envelope — one crew, one point of contact.
Storm damage doesn’t keep business hours. Emergency tarping and inspections when you need them.
Who we are
CrownPoint may be a new company, but the experience and knowledge behind it are not. Decades of roofing experience sit behind this team, and the company was built intentionally around that: experience, integrity, professionalism, communication, and a higher level of service.
We are a family-oriented residential and commercial roofing and exterior construction company. Every project we complete represents a family trusting us with one of their most valuable investments — their home or business. We never take that lightly.
Our goal is not simply to install roofs.
Our goal is to build lasting relationships.
To serve homeowners, businesses, employees and communities with integrity, professionalism and excellence — and to leave every customer feeling cared for and respected.

Yes, and this is the most common thing we find. Hail bruising and wind-lifted shingles often don’t leak for months or years — the mat is damaged, the granules are gone, and the shingle is simply on borrowed time. By the time water shows up on a ceiling, the storm date may be outside your carrier’s filing window. That’s why the inspection is free: we’d rather find it early.
That is your carrier’s decision, not ours, and we won’t promise you an outcome. What we can tell you is how it usually works: if the damage is covered, your carrier approves a scope of work and pays that scope, and you are responsible for your deductible. We build to the approved scope.
If the damage isn’t covered, we’ll tell you that plainly and quote the work directly. Either way you’ll know where you stand before anything is torn off.
A CrownPoint team member inspects the roof and the rest of the exterior — shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, siding — and photographs everything we find. You get a walkthrough of the photos and a straight read on whether there is storm damage worth filing on.
There is no cost and no obligation. If your roof is fine, we’ll say so.
No. Once you authorize your carrier to work directly with CrownPoint, we meet the adjuster on site, walk the roof with them, and make sure the documented damage is actually on the table. Your job in this process is short: authorize us, pick your shingles, and approve the finished work.
Rating is set by your carrier and your state, so we won’t speculate about your policy. It is a fair question to ask your agent directly before you file, and we’ll happily give you the inspection documentation to take into that conversation.
The inspection is usually same or next day. Claim timelines are driven by your carrier’s adjuster scheduling and approval, which is the part nobody controls. The install itself is typically a single day for most residential roofs. We keep you updated at each handoff instead of leaving you to chase it.
